How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Are your pods compatible with my machine?
Our reusable pods are compatible with most Nespresso VertuoLine machines, Keurig machines, and Nespresso Original Line machines. To ensure compatibility, please refer to the compatibility chart available on each product page before purchasing.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

Mine arrived after Christmas. They work but they were supposed to arrive before Christmas.
I reviewed these and compared them to the recafimil generic pod I had been using and had to admit that these were on another level in terms of flavour and resemblance to a real pod. I couldn’t get that crema and strength from my old ones! I’ve attached my full review and unedited brew.
Finally got mine! They were delayed because of the Canada post strike but they arrived a few days ago and so far im very impressed. They work great and the holder is so nice!
