This is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional nespresso pods. Rather than disposing of dozens of pre-filled capsules per week, simply refill our brewing safe  Surgical Grade Stainless Steel SmartPodz pods with your favorite ground coffee and enjoy as many espresso coffees as you like!

Easy to use, even easier to clean. Unlike other reusable pod systems, with SmartPodz, there is no need for any messy foil lids as a high quality stainless steel lid is included with this system.

Compatibility

These pods are compatible with nearly ALL Original Line Nespresso machines and L’OR machines. If you don't see your machine or aren't sure, feel free to contact us here, we respond quickly!

How to use

  1. Fill your pod with ~ 5g of ground coffee (adjust mildly based on your coffee strength preference), use your tamper or any other accessible tool to flatten the coffee nicely into the pod.

2. Place the lid onto the pod, brew and enjoy like you do with any original Nespresso pod!

3. When finished, be sure to rinse and clean your pod before next use.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard free shipping within Canada usually takes 4–8 business days after processing. Express shipping options are available at checkout and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, tracking information is available within 24 hours after your order ships. You will receive a tracking link via email, and you can also find your tracking details anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Are your pods compatible with my machine?

Our reusable pods are compatible with most Nespresso VertuoLine machines, Keurig machines, and Nespresso Original Line machines. To ensure compatibility, please refer to the compatibility chart available on each product page before purchasing.

Where can I check my order status?

You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page at any time. Your tracking link will also be emailed to you once your order ships.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend reaching out to us as well so we can assist where possible.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Orders within Canada do not typically have additional customs fees. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer if charged.

What if my reusable pod doesn’t seem to work perfectly at first?

Reusable pods sometimes require slight adjustments based on grind size and machine model. Please follow the instructions provided and review the tips available on our product pages for best results. If you still experience issues, our support team is happy to assist.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
